We all struggle at times.  At times,  we might feel insecure, lonely, anxious or depressed.  We could be having problems at work or in a  relationship.  Sometimes these problems get in the way of life and we get stuck.   As a licensed clinical psychologist, I will collaborate with you to help you get “un-stuck.”  I’ll provide effective evidence based strategies to help you explore new ways of coping.  We will use a variety of cutting edge techniques to achieve both quick symptom relief and long lasting change.  We’ll  work together  and move along at a pace that feels both comfortable and productive.
